How NodeX handles your information.

1. Information we collect

When you submit a training application, NodeX may collect your name, email address, phone number, location, education and technical background, employment or study status, automation experience, software experience, training readiness, preferred delivery mode, motivation, availability, learning-support information, declarations and application reference.

2. How the application portal works

The Cohort 2 application form is hosted through Netlify Forms. Submitted application data is stored in the NodeX Netlify project so authorised NodeX personnel can review applications and manage admissions. The main NodeX website links applicants to that dedicated application portal.

3. Why we use the information

NodeX uses applicant information to review applications, communicate admission decisions, provide onboarding and payment instructions, organise training delivery, support participants and maintain programme records.

4. Sharing and third-party services

NodeX does not sell applicant information. Information may be processed through services used to operate the application and communication workflow, including Netlify, email and WhatsApp. Those services operate under their own privacy practices.

5. Payments

The public website does not process card or mobile-money payments. Applicants should make payment only after receiving verified instructions from NodeX through an official communication channel.

6. Data accuracy and retention

Applicants should provide accurate information and may contact NodeX to request a correction. Application records are retained only for legitimate programme administration, reporting and communication needs, subject to NodeX operational requirements.

7. Website technology

The public NodeX website is a static website and does not currently use advertising trackers or create user accounts. Basic hosting logs may still be created by the hosting provider for security and service operation.
